Very close to the city center ( 10 minutes walk), garage parking, nice staff, excellent breakfast (one of the bests we had in many hotels🙂), very confortable bed, very clean. The pool and jacuzzi are small, but nice after a walking day and the water was not cold as i read in other reviews. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and not so expensive.

The room was spacious - I booked the executive suite. More room. With couch. (I travelled with husband and 1 year old). I loved how close this hotel was to the town square/ wavel castle. Walking distance to many areas. Clean. Room service was done really fast. Staff was great and friendly. If you want to do any of the museums I would book sooner… I tried to book with them and they weren’t able to assist… but, they tried and did follow up and did accommodate as best as they could. Otherwise they were there to help and assist. The rooms were comfortable. Had air conditioning

Location is great near the river, room was the expected size and the features of it was great. Tram stop just outside the hotel is a great bonus. Very comfy beds. Fridge and coffee machine in the room. Spacious bathroom (executive room) where the bathtub is a an option, not something I need to stand in to shower. Friendly staff, but not that fluent in english - for the ones I interacted with.

The hotel have a very good location. Beds were very comfortable and the view was beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we had very good dinners in the restaurant. Sauna and jacuzzi also very good. The same for the beauty center.

The personnel was very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms were clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. We loved that there was water dispensers on each floor and a tiny fridge in the room to store milk for our baby. Also the Nespresso machine was a nice touch! They have toiletries from the brand rituals and comfy bath robes in the executive rooms. Would totally recommend and stay here again.

We were travelling for my Wife's birthday and the staff had done a fantastic job with a very nice surprise when we had arrived. The cleaning staff were as expected, every morning clean towels etc... The location is 500m from the town centre with taxi's being on hand within 5 to 10 minutes. The reception staff day and night catered for our every need and were very polite and would go out their way to show us maps and places to visit. The swimming pool staff were very good and the whole place was very clean. The breakfast, well, nothing to say! plenty of options, very nice food and very clean. I have recommended Novotel Krakow to my friends as we would defiantly book again.

Hotel was easy to get to by car, and garage was quite big with good size parkingspots. Room was big and roomy as was the bathroom. A decent fitness room, nice indoor pool and sauna. Location of the hotel was good too, close to the old center (10-15 min walking) Location also made it easy to be picked up when taking a tour. Restaurant was open to 23:00 which was good since i got back late in the day from a tour. And the food was excellent.

The reception staff were exceptional, each and every one of them on shift over the 5 days I stayed. I had an accident and tore my ligaments in my foot whilst walking through town one day and the reception team helped with a wheelchair, foot bandage, organising a late checkout so I could use their wheelchair for longer and help with baggage and taxi etc They were always helpful and courteous and happy and really all of them deserve a mention on the Krakow Novotel Centrum team. Much appreciated.

Great location. The bed was comfortable and there was a big TV (not smart). Reception staff was great and gave us free late checkout at 5pm, which was super convenient given our departure time.
