Very close to the city center ( 10 minutes walk), garage parking, nice staff, excellent breakfast (one of the bests we had in many hotels🙂), very confortable bed, very clean. The pool and jacuzzi are small, but nice after a walking day and the water was not cold as i read in other reviews. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and not so expensive.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and a spotless, spacious bathroom. The location was relatively close to the city center, about a 30-minute walk. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The room was spacious - I booked the executive suite. More room. With couch. (I travelled with husband and 1 year old). I loved how close this hotel was to the town square/ wavel castle. Walking distance to many areas. Clean. Room service was done really fast. Staff was great and friendly. If you want to do any of the museums I would book sooner… I tried to book with them and they weren’t able to assist… but, they tried and did follow up and did accommodate as best as they could. Otherwise they were there to help and assist. The rooms were comfortable. Had air conditioning

Good choice of breakfast food although as with any self serve breakfast area it was a bit manic at times. Staff did their very best to keep up with the demand to replenish food and clear tables. We had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant and both times were very good. Excellent cleanliness in all areas. Most staff were polite and helpful, although one lady was extremely rude one morning at the breakfast desk. The roadworks were a little inconvenient but even staying at the front of the hotel on the first floor we didn’t hear any of the work going on. Great location, a minute away from the riverside and a short walk to the castle. Room was cleaned every day and had good air conditioning which we were very grateful for after a long day walking in the heat.

The rooms were lovely, modern and spacious. The entire hotel was spotless and very clean. The location was only about 1km for main square so ideal.

One of the best hotels we have been to in Europe and definitively the best Novotel ever. Pool are is nice and the food at the restaurant is very decent. They upgraded us to an apartment that although kn the Ibis side, provided an awesome value for the money. The hotel is also close to the town center. This hotel will see us again if we are in Krakow

Cleanliness Friendly helpful staff Central location Pool & jacuzzi, great addition 12pm checkout Beds sooooo comfy. Great breakfast & fantastic menu with a mixture of trad polish and other. The duck broth with mushroom dumplings must be tried. Polish white wine, delicious & bar staff very helpful. Located beside good-sized shop for all needs.

Nice location, very close to river 10 min walk to WAwel castle 20 mins to old market square Place was spotless Especially the pool Staff were all lovely and helpful Cleaners did a great job everywhere Wi-Fi was good everywhere

The view was beautiful and so closes to the old town , where you could find everything at hand . The hotel was excellent and I would advise to include a breakfast because you wouldn't believe what it comes with . Amazing food and so delicious. We had time in the pool which was so clean and lifeguard on site and sitting in the jacuzzi perfect for the end of the evening after doing tours of the town . Prices were good at the bar and everyone was so helpful . Would highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Excellent hotel! About a 20-minute walk to the Rynek Główny. A bus stop is about a 2-minute walk from the hotel with lines all over the city, including a line to the airport. The light rail line is currently inactive because of the renovation of the entire street. A large, spacious and clean room. View of the river and the castle. Rich and varied breakfast. Clean and well-equipped play area. The hotel staff was very kind. It is highly recommended!
