I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and a spotless, spacious bathroom. The location was relatively close to the city center, about a 30-minute walk. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Good choice of breakfast food although as with any self serve breakfast area it was a bit manic at times. Staff did their very best to keep up with the demand to replenish food and clear tables. We had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant and both times were very good. Excellent cleanliness in all areas. Most staff were polite and helpful, although one lady was extremely rude one morning at the breakfast desk. The roadworks were a little inconvenient but even staying at the front of the hotel on the first floor we didn’t hear any of the work going on. Great location, a minute away from the riverside and a short walk to the castle. Room was cleaned every day and had good air conditioning which we were very grateful for after a long day walking in the heat.

My room was immaculate, thoughtfully stocked with full‑size Rituals amenities that echoed the signature aroma I first noticed in the lobby. Housekeeping refreshed the products and linens daily, somehow timing their service so discreetly that I never once felt interrupted. Waking up to crisp sheets and that soothing fragrance wafting through the air became an anticipated morning ritual of its own. The pool area deserves special praise. Most hotel pools smell faintly of chlorine; here, the ambient misting system subtly diffused Rituals’ Hammam scent, turning each swim into a sensory retreat. Plush loungers, perfectly rolled towels, and iced fruit‑infused water were always within reach, thanks to an ever‑attentive pool team. Speaking of service—the staff were nothing short of brilliant. every interaction felt personal and sincere. Their genuine warmth transformed excellent facilities into an unforgettable experience. Dining rounded out the stay with flair: breakfast buffets featuring local artisanal cheeses, Even here, the delicate scent of Rituals candles flickered softly, tying each meal back to the hotel’s signature ambience.

The room was spacious - I booked the executive suite. More room. With couch. (I travelled with husband and 1 year old). I loved how close this hotel was to the town square/ wavel castle. Walking distance to many areas. Clean. Room service was done really fast. Staff was great and friendly. If you want to do any of the museums I would book sooner… I tried to book with them and they weren’t able to assist… but, they tried and did follow up and did accommodate as best as they could. Otherwise they were there to help and assist. The rooms were comfortable. Had air conditioning

The duck broth with mushroom dumplings must be tried. Polish white wine, delicious & bar staff very helpful. Located beside good-sized shop for all needs.
